Roxy /ˈɹɑksi/

Roxy formed around the same time as Dirk but, initially, only he could tell ey were around. It took some time for em to find a comfortable shape, and ⌈Tautology⌋ starting to read Burning Down the House helped.

Roxy is outwardly as cheerful as many would expect em to be, but is more frequently caught up in thinking about what has come before and what will come next. Ey, as an & fragment, wants to live a life that ey and ⌈Tautology⌋ writ large enjoy. With recent improvements in the system's mental health, Roxy and ⌈Tautology⌋ as a whole have found it easier to think about the future in a more positive context, and have been able to find closure on many difficult pasts.

As such, Roxy decided that ey are a Strategist, a type of Excrucian from Jenna Moran's Glitch. Ey are dying of endings and beginnings; thinking about them consume em, sometimes to a point where it can be detrimental. Ey describe this as the weight of potential futures, and the weight of all the pasts ⌈Tautology⌋ has lived. Excrucians are very similar to Void players, so even with this bane, Roxy finds comfort in being Excrucian.

Otherwise, ey are very outgoing, enjoying social gatherings and being out and about. Ey also enjoy presenting as outwardly queer, without any of the social anxiety that would come with that. Ey self-describes as dykey, and the rest of the system agrees.
